lower abs? need help

im doing abs every night on the roman chair doing alot of sets of about 15reps. then i use a medicine ball hold my weight and go left to right. i do leg raises and lifts. i can see my upper abs comming through little by little but i still gut the gut at the bottom. im eating alot better now and doing alot more cardio and that seems to help me loose love handels and fat cells in other places but cant get rid of that lower gut. ive recently started doing 6inches with a medicine ball letting it roll up my legs and back down it seems to burn but no results. i know i will now have a 6pack busing through fat just need some good excercises to loose it.
 
Well even though I hate to do abs(I love my 4 pack:p)....Leg raises are good for the lower stomach. The 6 inch method will develop the strength for you, and you're looking for the cut, right?

How's the cardio ? What kind of cardio?
 
You say you are eating alot better, well to me that and cardio are just as important as ab training when it come to abs, especially lower abs.
 
For real,

You can't make good abs in the gym, it's got to be in the kitchen
 
Actually diet, then cardio, then working the abs is the most important in that order.... and if your carrying bf on the lower abs as i do, its really hard to get all six popping out....but running is a great ab workout in itself..... my abs looked the best when i was in conditioning during football..... of course i only weighed 155lbs, but you know what i mean..
