Shirted Bench pointer finger on ring- 405x Didn't touch (DT) 5-6inches from touching 455x DT 4-5inches from touching 475xDT 3inches from touching 500xDT 2-3inches from touching (crazy pops coming from shirt on this rep) Also the weight exploded and was really fast slowed a tad at lockout 525xDT 3inches from touching (this time I pulled the shirt down as hard as I could and I brought the bar a tad lower) This felt lighter than 500. However, I was pissed b/c after I exploded it about 3inches my spotter took the weight. He said he messed up and was sorry. I think he was just scared b/c he was still the only spotter


Tate Presses on incline- 50'sx5 60'sx5 75'sx8PR all sets felt solid

I get a crazy pop out of my shirt. The weight comes up really fast and I think it will definately help me blow thew some sticking points to lockout out some heavy weight

Great workout today I believe last time I did band presses I was pointer on ring so those last couple sets would be PR's. Also I felt really strong all together and even stronger on the shoulder presses. Can't wait till next week b/c i'll be back in my shirt

500xDT ez lockout very explosive 3-4inches from touching

545xDT and missed lockout big time. I fought with the weight about 5secs trying to get to touch and I also brought the bar down way to high which made the bar go over my face about 3-4inches off my chest. I couldn't have pressed 300 let only 545 with that shitty form.

545x DT had a bad lift off only brought bar down about 5inches but locked out easily. I didn't flare my lats on the decent and I could tell I wouldn't have had enough for the push

Pretty good workout. I'm pissed how bad my form was off with the 545. Next time i'm going to not make such a big jump and do 525 first. Also am going to do heavy 2and3 boards next week instead of shirted bench. Overall i'm glad I got 2months to get this shirt down but time is ticking fast.

Had really bad elbow tendonitis today. On top of that I got stuck with the 5:30a.m. shift at work and only ended up getting 4hrs of sleep. So needless to say I was feeling really sluggish on the DL's. That is no excuse though b/c I should have doubled 475

Shirted 2board Bench comp grip- 405x 2inches from touching 455x1inch from touching 500x tried to bring down fast elbows gave out. Then spotter got hurt helping me rack it so had to quit shirted bench.

Close grip raw bench (hands 7-8inches apart)-
225x12 very easy had a ton more left

Had to quit for the day b/c my lift off partner / roomate hurt his back. So I guess we'll call this a deloading week. B/c next week i'm going to travel to lift with some guys to help me learn my shirt. I hope to learn a lot.

Also I felt strong as fuck today and my shirt was fitting awesome. It is ashame I had to quit early b/c I have a feeling great things would have happened today.

One more thing is that I will work my shoulders and tri's a little sunday. My next shirted day is next friday so I think that will be plent of time to recover

bro I don't use back unless I go heavier than 75's haha. I always write down if I cheat or not. :BP: My g/f's camera is broke but next time I get a chance i'll for sure get a vid no big deal there. I'll even stand up against a wall while I do them so there is no doubt

Haven't squatted in awhile so I took it ez. Also the power shrugs were also a rack pulls right above the knee so it was a good exercise for me. Overall great little workout

Went to T-ville today and had a great day lifting. I finally got weight to touch with them there teaching me and showing me what I need to do. However, my leg drive still needs some work and so does my form on my lockout. I'm down to a month now before my meet. I'm positive i'll nail something in the 5's just not sure what yet. I'm going to do my best to make it back so I can train with them the next 2weeks so I can see what I can really do. Going to have to start adding the weight back on the bar.
 
Thanks guys for the motivation. Today I am paying for it that's for sure. Bust blood vessels in my eyes face and back has all sorts of red dots on it, but hell you only live once:). Can't wait to start hitting stuff in the 5's hopefully next week i'll do just that

Changed spotters after my first 525 attempt and I think that may have had something to do with my shoulder coming off.

haha nothing :BP: Believe me when I say that was more than enough for today. I'll prolly do some shoulder and tricep work on Sunday. Along with squatting
