315x4 :evil: flared my elbows really bad on the fifth rep and didn't stand a chance missed about 3inches from lockout.

Not really sure about the new F6 the sleeves are way to long, and the shirt just feels like it has stopping power instead of having a spring to it. Going to send it back to get the sleeves shortened, and see how it feels after that. Will prolly work out in my old 46/42 next week.
 
Shit I just ordered a F6 2-3 weeks ago, hope i dont have the same problem. Good 2 see u back Powerlifting. is your f6 a sngl or dbl ply?

single ply. I have only ever had single plys. This is going to sound weird, but I swear it's the damn color. Every time they send me a black shirt they are great, but every time they send me a red or blue shirt they suck

Wanted to get in a shirt today, but nobody showed up to help besides Matt Bell :( I felt very strong today and I didn't fail on any reps so that is always a plus.
 
how the fuck can you do 23 sets for your chest and not overtrain?

in all seriousness bro, if I tried that many sets, I would not even be able to move my arms the next day, your strength is unreal.
 
well the 5board presses don't even count for chest they are pretty much all triceps. I doubt I will even be very sore tomorrow as I just feel kinda tired right now.

and you can't count when I just bench press the bar:P

Well it's been 14days I believe since I have done any lower body work so I decided to give myself a good shock. The squats all felt very solid so I will go up next week on those. It's funny how fast my rack deads/squats go down. Once I stop doing them it's like my body forgets how to handle heavy weight. I'm sure they will come back fast though so no worries, but I was pissed about my grip/back being to weak to do a measly 685.

Pretty good workout today. The 46/42 is pretty damn loose b/c it was the shirt I used to wear when I weighed 245. However, it is black and had more spring than those fancy colored shirts :lol:

I still do not like the 44/42 it feels like it has no spring to it only stopping power. I tried the Katana out and it feels alright for the upper end, but it might be a whole different story once something touches. My goal next week is to touch 405 in it. I also focused on keeping my head down when wearing the Katana so it was a whole different feel.

Good workout today. I'm glad the weights are starting to touch in the Katana. I'm working on keeping my head down so I don't slide on the bench as much and it's a whole different ball game than what i'm used to, but I should have it by worlds.

Not to bad of a workout today. Looks like my only hope is to use the 44/42. It could still be a tad smaller in the chest plate, but it will have to work. I'm having trouble with the little things like pressing my stomach up and getting a good groove going while benching but I hope it comes back to me in the next 3weeks. O and I said screw trying to keep my head down. I can't bench worth a shit that way
