oats and whey are mixed for breakfast
tuna I either mix it with mayo, ranch or hot sauce, and sometimes I make wraps with it, I buy these high fiber wraps, throw in a slice of FF cheese, scoop in the tuna and wrap it up, quick 3 minute meal
for ground beef I normally buy sugar free pasta sauce mix that with it and put on top of whole wheat pasta
chicken I just eat with green veggies, (salad, green beans, broccoli, etc) or dice it up and cook it with rice, throw some sauces on it and make it chinese style....lol
eggs, normally one or two whole eggs then several whites, scrammbled and eat with oats or whole wheat toast.
cottage cheese I mix in whey for a late night snack......
....etc.......be creative, a lot of spices and sauces out there that are low sugar, carb free, fat free, or something that is basically harmless
