I was wondering if anyone has tried the stuff?

I was also wondering if anyone knew the difference between melanotan and melanotan 2.

I was thinking of getting some in the Spring.
I have some time, was just wondering if any users on here have had any experiences with it...

I have no idea what it is. I take regular melatonin and it works just fine. Maybe it just has some extra stuff added to it.

I started taking an herbal sleep aid recently, it has valarian root and poppy seed. It seems to be working so far. I took too much the other day because a regular dose didn't seem to work and man I felt stoned the rest of the day, lol. I made it worse by taking it with benidryl.

melanotan, it's a tanning agent ;)

yes I have taken it and it works great

HOWEVER, it also caused a lot of new moles to pop up on my face and back. All even with the skin but still i twas alarming at how they came out of nowhere

also I got a cpl dark spots on the underside of my willy

Luckily those went away and so did most of the moles but it took three months

Sorry...my bad. That's not my area...I have a tan year round.

never thought of the moles thing. i'm irish so i really don't tan. that's why i was wondering about this stuff.
probably could make freckles worse too then :/

melanotan II, I believe cause spontaneous erections. That is why it is not used as much as "I"

Melatonin is a hormone generated by the pineal gland in the brain as a mechanism for regulating sleep wake cycles. Some people use it to reset their biorhythms, like after transcontinemtal flights and such. We do make less of it as we grow older. It also tends to make people sleepy, so it can be used as a sleep aid. Don't take more than 3mg a day (before bedtime). It is also not regulated, so you can't be sure exactly what the purity is,so stick with well known manufacturers. I am not sure about mole production. Moles and freckles are concentrated areas of pigmentation-usually melanin-also increased by exposure to light. Interestingly, redheads have carotene in their skin instead of melanin (sometimes, not always) and that is why some of them burn and not tan . (Of course they have melanin, not as much)If you are going to be in the sun, use a sunscreen and reapply every 2 hours because sunscreen degrades within 2 hours-and that should prevent extra freckling, brownspots and new moles. Irregularly shaped moles, especially ones that continue to grow or bleed need to be evaluated.

On the subject of melanotan-an artificial tanning agent-artificial tans offer no extra protection from UVB and UVA rays.

WOW - At first I thought what you wrote was totally wrong and after doing some research and realizing that Li is usually right -> you are right.
I remember reading about something that was supposed to help protect your body from uva and uvb rays but apparently it isn't this..
