How's everyone in the contest doing in regards to bf? Just finished testing it, came in at 11%, I'd say between 11-12
 
dont know, dont care...lol

I use the mirror, I can get into 32" pants again. when I started I was wearing 34's
 
yall are going to blow me away then...if i tested myself i'm sure i'd be in the twenties right now...

i change my mind on previous predictions, buffness may win this one.
 
I have been swamped with finals as of late and a black honey at work has been taking most of my time. he he he!!!

Will be getting some more A.M. cardio in! Havent been missing any training though.
 
cebb contestants...what supps and vitamins are you all running? take this to the secure area if need be.

Just now on it.

Out of school and now all i have to worry about is work.

Now i can get some cardio in. It was either cardio or the weights. I will stick with the weights given that decision everytime!

Should start peeling some more weight off now.
 
guys, the rumors are true. i, thecoin have pulled out of the mister cebb. i have other obligations going on right now that are more important and i wish not to disclose those matters.

again, good luck to all. i am staying on my diet though and might post a pic on that date for shits and giggles...
 
what's the weekly update? we all know stout1 is on point....with his recent pics. i think it'll come down to stout1 and buffness quietly...
 
who knows lol... my stomach is starting to look like it's sticking out all the time. I guess the abs are coming in. I'll get some pics in the up coming week.
 
I started cardio monday and started working on the diet.

Will start t3 and albuterol on june 1st, right after my doctor visit.
 
what about G4E, he better not be pulling out. Coin, I understand, but G4E...never lol

No nothing smart. LOL. I dont want to write a check my ass can't cash. Should be picking up here pretty soon though! :)

that's not a bad idea, buy now pay later...lol, we can both pay by credit g4e, then we won't have to really pay up (be ripped) until we are ready to...but we'll have late fees and finance charges though.
 
I am still trying to eat clean, but I have been slacking on my cardio. Been on 500mg of test for over four weeks and I been hungrier then a mofo.
