Maybe you could try getting out of the truck at work?

I don't supervise anyone I sit in a truck, sleep a lot, put some pipe together when needed. If anyone followed my lead nothing would get done.
Any exercises you guys recommend to bring up my lagging calves?

If you cant find a machine bend over with your feet hanging off of a riser and have somebody sit on your back. That works em good!!
You see darkness and I share a brain. I'm the muscular mean one he is the pretty one. So our dribble only makes sense to us. And I didn't need another "is ozzy ghey" thread.

And so it's clarified my calves are 18 inches so are my biceps. I'm a big believer in symmetry and making things flow together equally.
My try lagging body part are my inner quads for some reason the older I get the harder it gets to maintain my inner sweep
