Need help with a workout plan

w00t first post..

ok well i'm 18, 5'10 and at 220 lbs :/

obviously i need to run and eat better but i also wanna get stronger..

I've been working out for about 2 years on and off ( I'm lazy :D).. but i want to get serious about it.

So can anyone help me set up a good work out plan to get leaner and stronger...
 
Also, what supplements should i take to help me out.. i have muscle milk and no xplode

should i use either one?
