Negatives

How many of you guys do these? My girl friend is in school right now to be a physical trainer and was telling me that there are a lot of studies done showing that negatives are the best way to increase your strength. I was thinking about adding them into my workouts.
 
I've done them just to switch things up but I haven't stayed with them long enough to notice a difference
 
They work and can make you stronger, possibly bigger.....a spotter is a must....lol.
