Hey guys, I am excited to say I'm finally over the 200 mark! while it doesnt seem like much, My long time goal was to see 2 45 plates on the bench press bar, I just think it looks bad ass! And from training, on and off since highschool, my strength would go up, then i would take a summer off and it would never get past about 185. by the way i like to do at least 2 full working sets with my max weight of at least 6 reps. But anyway, I put up 205 yesterday for 2 working sets of 8 reps! I know I could do 225lbs or more for 1 or 2 reps now, but i wanna take it slow and really feel the weight. Maybe next week i'll work with 225 for a set. Looks like I'll have to set another goal sometime soon...maybe 250? that would feel great! Talk to you soon.
