Ok I don't know if you guys remember me ( I did not have too many character posts) but I remember alot of you, from IT and the first days of AE. Olympian, Lifts, Deacon, DrVeejay etc.. all gave me some sort of advice on gear, training and diet at least once, probably a lot more than that. ( I am a hard headed guy I don't get it.) Anyhow, I haven't been here in a long time, I think I came back and said hi a couple years ago and disappeared again. I am hoping and planning on perma staying this time.
