Hey everyone, I just joined the site and figured I'd say what up. I've been lifting and running on and off my whole life, never super consistant with it. I kinda go in stages, 6-12 months of dedication, followed by a long period of not much. Because of that I've never been able to make the kind of gains I've wanted to. I've got a ton of hobbies, and they always seem to kind of get in the way and make it impossible to focus.
Anyway, I'm coming off some injuries, and looking for some motivation. I've never used aas and possibly never will, but I've always been intrigued by it and have been doing a ton of research. Right now I'm 6'4, 210lbs. I've got some fat to cut at the moment, and for now that will be my focus.
