Throw up a few lifts and your one rep max and your personal best.

Flat Bench Press- 335 8 times. (this was not at a competition and I almost had the 9th rep up and folded)

Squat- After football ended I quit doing squats for good. I developed serious spinal agitation from squats and vow to never do them again. my personal best was 405 7 times ( i know im a weakling but it was mostly back problems)

My best bench: 385/1 and 315/8

Squat was 415/15 , I did 500/2 before but I really don't like to max out on squats.

Military 265/2 , Leg press 22plates/3, CGB 315/1, Bend Rows 275/3.

Now I havent done any of this recently, took 3yrs off from training and just starting to get back into it.

Thanks Micro

i would say 230 on flat bench.... i'll do one and let you know!

505lbs flat bench here.....once only at a contest one other guy beat me out with 525lbs

got 245 five times, with fifth rep being a partial. so flat i would say 245 four times.

dont ever do swuats but i leg press 450 six times.

military press--- 180 twice.

i dont really look for maxing out, i just look at myself in the mirror, and if a certain body part lags i try to bring it up. im more into the go real slow, and maintain completely proper form even if it is really small weight.

My best several yrs ago
425 bench-bigdave that wasnt you in the phillipines?
560 squat
540 Dead
I did better after that comp. but that was my best called

250-260 Bench, haven't maxed on it. I am weak as can be but that will be changing soon :) muwahahaha

455 squat 5 reps
300 military (smith machine)
325 incline 3 reps
i'm currently working through a rotator cuff injury so i'm not going too heavy.

1 rep max's are a recipe for injury(hernia,etc...) and joint problems unless you're powerlifting i don't think it's worth the risk, drop sets are my thing.

275-8 times flat bench
245-8 times incline
155-6 times barbell curl
and this is after my car accident and being "clean" for a year and a half

max

weight:185
bench:380
squat:500x8
leg press:720x4(bout year ago)

All time best lifts:
Flat bench 365 x1
Squat 485 x 2-3
Dead 605 x 1

I no longer do any of these lifts because of aches and pains. I use dumbells for chest and various leg presses instead of squats.
