pec help

OK, originally my pec development was primarily in the lower part of the pecs. So i started targetting upper pecs which have now grown, however, the middle part of my chest now looks small in between the upper and lower. Any ideas on what i need to do to get this part growing?

i have a good friend of mine and all he does is flat bench and dumbell flies as well as cable crossovers with no angle...he has a monstrous mid chest...lacks a little on the lower but my point is any motion with ur arms that maintains a 90 degree angle with ur chest is gonna work the mid section of ur chest
 
thanks for the advice. I haven't ever done any declines but lower chest has always dominated. i will switch my incline flies to flat and do them first in my workout. flat bench only seems to grow my lower
 
decline flys are the shit!! db presses and barbell press on the decline not so much.
 
Thanks, the flat flies have worked really well on chest. Been coming back from a 8 month lay off and have put a stone on in 5 weeks.

Switching your flat bench work to a slight incline of 15-20 degrees will help solve that problem brutha. ;)
