Do you guys think drinking a shake 30-45min prior to a workout is a good idea?
egg whites go thru me faster than a whey shake,
I tried a leg workout after 10 egg white & oat meal breakfast once, left me almost passed out and dizzy as hell!

I prefer 40 g of slow realeased complex carb such as oatmeal and a solid protein ( eggwhites) 1 1/2 before my workouts..the shake would go through like water.
I train right after breakfast ,first thing in the morning ..if u think one of those pussy shakes is gonna help u get through one of my monster leg workouts you have no idea what youre in for.
NO shake? u mean pre-workout supp since those dont contain protein.Theyre mostly arginine, creatine ,bcaa and glutamine
for the cost of the NO, and all these other shit products, you could eat a can of tuna, a banana and your raw oats for like 1.25 a serving and I guarantee its 100% way better for your foundation building, bodybuilding, cell building and your wallet than some shit grammed out in a factory from vats measuring 10000000 gallon. you wanna be fancy, swallow it down with some creatine mixed with fresh oranges and lemons for a buck a pound.
