Hope this is the right area to post.... What do your guys post workout shakes look like any advice I'm up to trying new things.... I was doing 50g iso protein + 50 grams karbolyn + 5grams glutamine??
 
Looks good. I'm having whey iso in a fruit Smoothie. Carbs, sugars, proteins.
