how should I take this if i've been doing morning cardio on an empty stomach?? Should I just take in a little bit of protein then take it??
Also the ingredients have changed. I just picked mine up from GNC and compared ingredients and mine doesnt have Synephrine like the others have. Not that it matters b/c i'll be taking it back in about 25days or so??

		 It uses anything in the blood stream as fuel. Doesn't matter if it's Protein, carbs, fats, whatever, if it's there, your body will use that as fuel before it dips into your reserves (fat). Your right about carbs being the bodies primary fuel source. But, that's why I advocate low intensity cardio on an empty stomach

If there is nothing in the blood stream, then your body will go right to your stored energy. Which is what we want
