Really liking my new training split

Been doing it for a couple weeks and I am really feeling it. Still use a Dorian Yates style of training. I do these days cause I have to work it around work and my sons jiu jitsu and daughters cheer.

Tues. Back, traps, abs
Wed or Thursday Chest, triceps, abs if on thurs
Friday. Legs
Sat. Shoulders, biceps and abs
 
That looks like a good way to split it up. I just do squats for legs so I could do those on shoulder/bis day.
Been lookin for a change...

back and tri
shoulders legs

I do some kind of leg work most days and calves and abs about 3 days a week. Some times I slip in an arm day. Split is 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off. When I start rolling again I'll drop on of the weight training days.
