id ask ya what it is but ud prolly would have said if ya wanted too. i no u no ur stuff about nutrition but dont diet to fast dont wanna lose alot of the muscle u gained. good luck!
 
this is a complete different project..a good ,good friend of mine that you all my know wants me as a guinea pig for his new innovative way of dieting...according to him he can get me to 3% bodyfat AND YES , I SWEAR ON MY MOM'S HEALTH we gonna do it natty, only using his products which are not available yet..i will also use Morph that sean is gonna send me ..thats it..so far he sent me the diet of the first 3 weeks of 14 and trust me when i tell you THIS SHIT IS INSANE..you have no idea how crazy this shit is..completely going against the grain and a complete left turn to what we're all accostumed..i feel very priviledge that i was choose to do this and excited..if this shit works,it would be a new and completeley diferent way of getting in shape..destroying all the other theories and approaches.

morph looks like an inferior version of noshotgun in pill form unless I am looking at the wrong product.

no idea..but im a bit skeptical..this diet is isane...some days i have to fast for 8-10 hrs and then carb up..i mean i dont wanna post too much because i might confuse some of you guys..thre is a valid reason behind it all..oh ..i will be using clen and t3 i too

I'll ask..my plan is to get down to 3 % naturally then add a mild cycle once i'm shredded, consisting of prop, eq IF im not happy with my size at the end of this.

I'm very curious about this diet plan. Can you share something ?

The only diets that use fasting that I'm aware of are : Intermittent Fasting and The Warrior Diet.
 
less volume, higher intensity ,slower rep tempo...99% of people overtrain arms since they also get a lot indirect work.

naw, it's common sense..I'm not using any AAS ,.. ONLY hgh ,clen , t3..my recovery abilities arent the same as when I'm on..When I'm On ..I do hit the muscle muscle from different angles ,reps sets.
 
btw, im starting to look freaky lean but i iant posting shit...:D...no yet..the best is yet to come...
 
Oly question. is it hard to stay lean after you stop taking the t3 and clen? also ive read but dunno how true it is, that staying under 8% bf is unhealthy. so are you doing this for a mag or show?
 
if u stay eating clean , doing your cardio and rotating your carb intake wisely you can maintain your condition all year around ..remember it's a lifestyle not a yo yo diet..., most people think is a 12-16 diet and once theyre done whether they jump back on offseason mode too soon and crazy, chubbing insane amount of food (junk) and they bodies react by storing lots of fat or they think they deserve a reward after dieting for so long..key is to introduce carbs and cals wisel, little by little, well planed ...8 % isnt unhealthy at all to be all year around..anything under 5 is
 
im at 11% bf now and will be getting down to 8% and hopefully staying there. my approach last time was to eat when i was hungry only and only clean foods, but what i didnt realize was how big my appetite was even eating very fiberous foods and i got up to around 14%bf. my approach this time is to eat just above maintenance cals like 200 over on lifting and cardio days and then eat maintenance on my off day. im pretty confident ill finally be able to stay lean.
 
oh ya wanted to ask ya if you ended up using that fasted method for cutting?
