What does your routine look like? SLDL hit my hams pretty well, but I never did enough volume to fry them honestly, I dont think legs need much volume to be taxed. Not unless you want me spraying protein all over the walls anyway.![]()

5 sets squats (1st being warm up) 20x15x12x10x10 / 95x115x135x155x175
4 sets lunges 15x12x10x10/ 45x55x65x65
4 sets Leg Extentions 20x15x12x10 / 50x70x90x110
4 sets stiff leg 15x12x10x10 /45x55x65x65
4 sets ham curls 20x15x12x10/ 50x55x70x70
3 sets jumping lunges (no weight) 15 reps
3 sets adductor squats 20 reps 65 pounds

I used to go to the 24 Hour Fitless in Colma, buddy of mine still goes there and I left like 6 years ago. I couldn't work out unless it was like 1:30AM-7AM, they pump that place full of people!!
Have you heard about Diesel in Millbrae? I used to go there when it was World Gym for a couple years, been thinking of going back. I keep hearing how awesome it is now with the new leg equipment, at my gym I have to get freaky to get 1300 on the leg press, they have some there that hold more plates.
When I worked downtown I used to go to the one on the backside of 100 California at lunchtime, that one wasn't so bad.
