I think I'd stick to walking, if they are bothering you now and you are going to run on them - that sounds like a recipe for bad mojo... :(

What does your routine look like? SLDL hit my hams pretty well, but I never did enough volume to fry them honestly, I dont think legs need much volume to be taxed. Not unless you want me spraying protein all over the walls anyway. :D
 
I usually find that when my legs are sore from training that within a few minutes of cardio they are loosened up enough to make it through my session pain free. Then after the cardio session they feel like rubber..

How did the running go for you??

So running sucked ass at first! lol i looked retarded at first!! haha but as you are saying they lossened up after about 5-10 minutes.. :iggthumpu

Jump rope 5 minutes

5 sets squats (1st being warm up) 20x15x12x10x10 / 95x115x135x155x175
4 sets lunges 15x12x10x10/ 45x55x65x65
4 sets Leg Extentions 20x15x12x10 / 50x70x90x110
4 sets stiff leg 15x12x10x10 /45x55x65x65
4 sets ham curls 20x15x12x10/ 50x55x70x70
3 sets jumping lunges (no weight) 15 reps
3 sets adductor squats 20 reps 65 pounds

:iggthumpu Very nice, I know some guys that you would definitely smoke in the leg department and probaly other workouts as well. Good job BeBe..:D

Dizamn, you do a lot of volume there!! I hit a PR last night for SLDL, 475x1. I felt I had more in me, so I should have some nice 5 plate + PRs coming very soon!

Nope nope, the Powerhouse that I told you about. I have videos taken there too. (MySpace and YouTube!)

I used to go to the 24 Hour Fitless in Colma, buddy of mine still goes there and I left like 6 years ago. I couldn't work out unless it was like 1:30AM-7AM, they pump that place full of people!!

Have you heard about Diesel in Millbrae? I used to go there when it was World Gym for a couple years, been thinking of going back. I keep hearing how awesome it is now with the new leg equipment, at my gym I have to get freaky to get 1300 on the leg press, they have some there that hold more plates.

When I worked downtown I used to go to the one on the backside of 100 California at lunchtime, that one wasn't so bad.

yep thats a killer workout ! I told my sister to do some lunges (never done em) and she said piece a cake ....ha she was dead tired and legs were a mess the next morning bitchin n moaning

I go to that one on lunch (Calif/Sacra) its cool.. Not packed at all. I do my cardio in the a.m (5PM) . Anyhow... I never heard of any gym in Millbrae! Thats cool, where?


Yea the 24 in DC? UGH i HATTTTEEEE that gym with a passion. Its really gross.
 
Damn, yeah the place in DC was very close to where I lived at the time, and I was a member there since I was like 19 so I just kept going until it was unbearable. I was losing sleep just to get in my gym time, and it was eating me.

The place in Millbrae is right off Millbrae Ave by SFO, I guess its a bit out of your way but its a great gym. I am considering going back, or having a dual membership for awhile. Something to spice things up.

I used to see one relatively big guy at that 24 Hour on Calif, short Italian guy but he had a skinny neck, thinly framed guy so it showed. Very lean too, probably 7% or so. I've seen a lot of Italians in excellent shape through the years.
