Well hopefully Ill be able to lift on monday. I have been runnin a lot more now that I got my treadmill (yea I know, lame excuse). I ran 4 miles this morning, damn that was figgin hard. most Ive ran in a while. I have ben runnin almost every day the last two weeks or so since i couldnt really lift that much. I plan to go back on mon/wed/fri starting this monday. well see how i feel.
 
My shoulder has been fine. It's a real task to write in both logs so since I'm workin with buff, I'll most likely be only writing in the power pit. I took my first shot yesterday and I have to say it was way easier than I thought. Not too sure if this should be discussed in this forum but it is part of my log. I was out of town for a lil over a week but, I had the entire gym at the morongo casino to myself!! that was a reallly nice place. I have almost no pain in my shoulder so I'm feelin pretty good, doin the same basic things, still workin up my benchin. and I didnt even know it but im down to 215 now.
 
Ok cool. You're doing great! Good luck with buff's program. I'll be starting as soon as I am back in the gym.
