cool man..Blacky, if you havent already, start your workout with 10 mins warmup to get the blood pumping everywhere, then do some high intensity lifting, 60 second rests only between sets, 6-8 reps, (still low for good gains) blast out some super sets, (keep your heart rate up), then hit 40 mins cardio afterwords, HIIT style... 2 min moderate pace with 1 minute bursts. and continue! try that for 30 days. don't forget the diet (i know you wont) thats 90% of the fat loss!! hit it hard brother!
