still trying to lean up... shits really tuff to get rid of... weight is 208-215... its crazy how my weight changes

just got that lower belly still...it and my love handles are melting away...

i now fit a size 32 pants.... i havent wore 32 since kindergarten lol....
 
everyone has areas that are a total bitch to get rid of.. keep doing what you are doing and it will come.. just be patient
 
i lost 145lbs in 7 months 13 yrs ago and 30 since this feb lol its a process and i still have a couple areas that are pissing me off hehe
 
Start hitting them delts bro. Your arms are dwarfing em. Looking real good champ.
 
i use to wear 42. now i wear 30 and still handling those lil pouch but seems im bulking i dont care... black did u try to cardio for 2 hours? (on bike) i think it will work
 
Bro you have a come a long way and look great... I think you need to shock your body... have you been doing the same routine? Interval training really helped me. About every 6-8 weeks I try and change my lifting routine a little bit as well
 
Blacky, if you havent already, start your workout with 10 mins warmup to get the blood pumping everywhere, then do some high intensity lifting, 60 second rests only between sets, 6-8 reps, (still low for good gains) blast out some super sets, (keep your heart rate up), then hit 40 mins cardio afterwords, HIIT style... 2 min moderate pace with 1 minute bursts. and continue! try that for 30 days. don't forget the diet (i know you wont) thats 90% of the fat loss!! hit it hard brother!

cool man..

i just started MMA training 3 times per week... should shed fat...i also have started doing 20 min on my bike in the AM
 
you look good man, even the cleanest diet can be cleaned up more though, jus somthin to think about. I was lookin at the pic and I was thinkin..if you concentrate on your shoulders you could add alot of width to your total frame ie increase your v taper, would make your arms and chest look even more lean and symmetrical then they already are.

Morning cardio have helped me a lot. Try it first in the morning on a empty stomach, not empty to be honest, take 5g of BCAA or 15g whey before doing it.

Two years ago i've lost more than 30lbs of fat.
