The problem with the flavored ones is the amount of sugar they add. Plain oats with some cinnamon, splenda, nuts - uncooked and shaken with protein, are always to ge the goodness of whole oats and keep it tastyCelticWolf said:Well i figured out that thr "regular" flavor of oatmeal is SOO over rated. I got like 20 of them in a veriety pack... wonder who loves this crap enough for them to but that many in one box... its just not right...

I have taken in all that you guys have said. I know that im the one to get my own ass moving. I had the work out addiction in high school. just need to get back there. Nothing compared to doin 5 sets of 10 @ 225lbs on the BP... really gets your adrenaline goin.. i honestly miss that. It also made day to day work easier. Its boring sitting around the house all day because you don't want to be "tired" for work at 5pm. imo.
Should I set my goals low or high?
