SEAFOOD is whats on the menu for the next 7 weeks..scallops, tilapia, shrimp..if u guys cheat on your diets is because u want to..this tastes delicious and will get u shredded.

well, i do live in Florida..lol..anywhere ,bro..Costco, Sam's club
 
here's another tip..7 weeks out ,start salting your food as much as possible ( if ur lean enough) and increase your water intake to 3 gallons all the way to week1..once u cut them off completely your body will be like WTF..AND YOU SKIN WILL LOOK PAPER THIN but there are a few other tricks u gotta make sure u do in order for this to happen..:D

btw the tilapia at sam's here are flat as pancakes have to eat 5 to get enough protein.
 
Oly, how do you store that stuff after it's cooked?



thats 3 meals..when it comes to fish i eat everything the same day..however i store my red meat, and chicken meals cooked in ziploc bags in the fridge.
 
microwave safe containers, that is prob only 2 days worth of food.


try 3 meals ..4 maybe..i eat 10-12 ounces of fish per meal during the final 7 weeks and on..i usually have 3-4 measl of fish and 2 consisting of eggwhites for a total of 6 daily..i keep 3 red meat meals per week until week 4..then it's just fish and eggwhites for protein only until day 1

I was just going by the amount of food you had on there when you were cooking steak. So do you eat about 125gm protein per meal?



12 oz of fish = 125 g of protein??


try 75-80 at best.
 
Seafood is where it's at. But our talapia is also flat and thin....but a little seasoned salt with lemon juice steamed.... omg to die for!
