btw the tilapia at sam's here are flat as pancakes have to eat 5 to get enough protein.

I was just going by the amount of food you had on there when you were cooking steak. So do you eat about 125gm protein per meal?

around 4 meals ...trust me, my kitchen, my scale ..i cooked the food..it's here ,in front of me.
Oly, the title of this thread says episode 2, where's episode 1?
no seasoning for fish ..after it's cooked im salting all my meals until 1 week out and also a bit of black pepper.
I can't wait till I come over and get all rowled up with the Oly man
