i am doing 25 min tred mill 30 push ups
tonight have to go to play practice for arc
so i need rest have a great day you can p.m if you
any thing good to say please limit the replys if i reply in a moth i would have replyed with my training about 20 or more times so p.m. is better to keep the pages down o.k
 
i hang down as far as i can and hold it for a minute or so that the best i can do with a belly

thats called stretching ,matt..you dont hold it for that long touch toes and get back up..for 20-30 touchies
