My workouts usually consist the not so very fruitful, bench, biceps, triceps, shoulders and checkout the girls routine.

Today I started a new program and incorparated lots of compund movements such as deads and squats..... Just got back from the gym and I think I am gonna throw up....
 
If you think you're going to throw up after ghetting back frmo the gym you didn't hit legs hard enough. You should be throwing up after/during sets! :)
 
Hitting back & legs with the same conviction as chest & arms seperates the men from the boys. It's rare and thats why 90% of the fruitcakes in the gym have scarecrow legs and ILS - they have no real lats. :D

Word... I am the total opposite of most gym goers, my back and legs dominate the other body parts.
 
The only time i have ever thrown up is on leg days....Good luck trying to climb stairs the next day after a grueling leg workout lol....
 
Wife tried to hang on my leg day and made it 20 mins before she threw up.. lol
 
Sounds like your balls have finally dropped..:D

They dropped on the friggin floor when I was trying to push that 10th rep of squat yesterday......

Funny, and sad that after I racked the weight on the no assist squat rack (185 pounds), a somewhat fit girl who is at the gym everyday took over and started pumping out reps with it.....

I grabbed my hello kitty water bottle, pink gloves and immediately left the gym.

Its some stupid line of clothes & just about everything else that every young girl loves....My nieces wear all their stuff..They have shirts with a kitty on the front....
