I can personally suggest Chantix. I quit a week ago, and I am doing great. It is much easier than just quitting cold turkey with no help. It is a little expensive, but definetly cheaper than smoking.

It is prescription. You still smoke for 2-3 weeks after starting it. Then you quit when you feel ready. It really is worth the money.
My workouts are getting much more intense. I was about 2 packs a day, or at least 1.5. That shit kills your workout. I went apeshit on my back yesterday, I havent had that much energy in a while.![]()
Good luck to you guys.
I came home for a college vacation years ago and my dad asked, "Notice anything new?" I couldn't figure what it was. He said, "there aren't any ashtrays!" He quit cold turkey after 50 years as a smoker. Course, the damage was done, too bad.
He was very likable.
my supervisor at work quit smoking with that shit.. just because when your drinking that always triiggers me to want to smoke
