Just figured I'd share. Bought myself some birthday presents. Made a new contact with a fitness broker when we were going to buy the gym before the current owner flaked on us, so I bought some stuff from him. I have both standard and Olympic plates. Multiple bars etc.

Bicep/tricep combo bench

The world's hardest hack squat ever! This thing is the hardest leg machine I have ever used. I can back squat 200 more pounds than I can on this. Maybe it's the angle, but I've had other guys try it out and we all look like bitches trying to squat on it. It is HARD.

Brand new Hammer chest press. Been looking for this for quite some time. A great investment.

Oh I DO know haha. That's bcoz it's motion mimics as much of a sissy squat as it does a hack squat. They have that exact machine in a gym around here I used to go to, and friggin' eh right - 50lbs on it feels like 300 on a more conventional hack squat. Hell iirc, I remember bdwt only on that thing was tough. Being the leverage point is so far out in front of you also make a weight feel much heavier. Does it actually say hack squat on there? I forgot to look when I used it.

Dude I'm jealous of that vertical leg press - those are very rare nowadays, but back in the day they were a mainstay. It gives such a different feel than than the 45 degree ones. Congrats - you're loving it. :D

Lol so I see you've had a run in with one of these before. Damn is it hard. Words just can't describe it. Seriously like you said, throw 50lbs on it and it feels like 300. It just says precision fitness equipment on it, with a disclaimer saying "this is not like other leg machines" lol

The vertical leg press is sweet. You won't be loading that machine to the gills, as I can do about 10 more lbs on it than I can squat.

Damn brother! If it snows or any other bad storms, nothing can stop you from working out. Well done and nice set up!

Get a dual cable (multiple attachments) and you'll be set! Do you have a squat rack? Damn, I'm jealous. Makes me wanna add a building on my property and make it a home gym...

The power rack does all that. It ha a low pulley aND a high pulley. No dual cable crossovers but I can do one at a time. No big deal

Very nice set up. I usually add something every couple years to my home gym, usually something I find on craigslist. I don't care how old weights are, machines, a bit more.
