What the hell is Cardio ?
when i do do Cardio its typically on top the Ol lady but If I do get on the treadmill I consider that a workout so I have my Post workout shake ,.
I have to get a little bit of carbs.... I am RFG... i get lethargic. Usually shoot for some oats and protein. It really depends on my workout and length, etc...
