mines back day . i can hold my own on legs , my bench needs work , but on back day the BIG DAWG rules the roost . :)
what about everyone else?
 
Shoulder day is my favorite. My shoulders have been lagging for such a long time, and have really only recently begun responding, so I enjoy taking advantage of that.

In general, I have a much easier time pushing things away from me than pulling them toward me, so chest, shoulders, and triceps are less of a chore for me to work than back or biceps.
 
My back and legs are no doubt my strong days, but although my chest is not my strongest bodypart, I think it's my favorite. Something about a pec pump.
 
Legs, cause even after all these years, I still get a kick out of everyone actually stopping and watching me perform a set. I actually stop and watch guys also when they pile on plates and barely bend there knees on squats, I actully laugh and piss people off sometimes, oh well..LOL

speaking of stopping and watching . i was doing lat pulldowns last week . the stack only goes to 230 so i improvise and get all the smaller dumbells that i can get my hand on and wedge them past the cable and sit them on top of the stack so they add weight , i do this all the time but something went wrong and the dumbells got stuck on the bars lifting them out of the springs under the stack . when the bars came loose they came slamming down sending the springs flying everywhere . everybody and their brother came over to see what was up and there i sat holding the bar down so my bud could reassemble the rods and springs
 
I love the challenge of a gruelling leg workout.

I start to get anxious a day in advance of training them.It`s a bitch doing heavy ass squats and leg presses but after you`re done you know you`ve accomplished a good day of training.
 
Hey guys, new to the board but just wanted to post my favorite training, I would have to say shoulders and legs. I use to hate legs and now i cant get enough of it I think cause I have come so far with my legs, but for some reason i still can not get that sweep on my outer quad I have tryed everything. :(
 
Legs for sure.
Sets of 10 with 405 or sets of 5 with 500
Always catch the skinny leg boys (aka the abercrombe & fitch wannabees) stopping to watch when 5 plates a side hit the bar.
Although rack pull deads with 600 are an attention getter too
 
Hate doing arms, Love shoulder day and it shows, front delts are monsters, but gotta say, I hate hate hate doing curls, bores the hell out of me.

I hate and Love Leg day. My routine is awesome, but seriously crazy draining ;)

Used to be back day, but my lifts move the most on bench these days, which is almost somewhat odd because it used to always be my sore point before I learned proper form.

Leg day is also up there, I improve well with it these days.
 
i love arm day and am starting to really get into my leg days... for some reason i used to hate legs.... now for some reason chest is my least liked day...
