speaking of stopping and watching . i was doing lat pulldowns last week . the stack only goes to 230 so i improvise and get all the smaller dumbells that i can get my hand on and wedge them past the cable and sit them on top of the stack so they add weight , i do this all the time but something went wrong and the dumbells got stuck on the bars lifting them out of the springs under the stack . when the bars came loose they came slamming down sending the springs flying everywhere . everybody and their brother came over to see what was up and there i sat holding the bar down so my bud could reassemble the rods and springsBigSickD said:Legs, cause even after all these years, I still get a kick out of everyone actually stopping and watching me perform a set.
