This is one of my workout days:
7am 90gram shake with package of oatmeal in it
7:30 workout
9:00 90gram shake/ 3 scoops dextros/malto; baked potato; box of raisins
noon 16oz lean ground beef; brocolli
2:30 16oz chicken breast, large sweet potato
6:00 90gram shake with olive oil
9:00 16oz lean ground beef; green veggies
midnight 90gram shake in water
EDIT: That is just based on the simple ideas of keeping your carb/protein and fat/protein meals seperate, and cutting out the carbs except veggies after a certain time during the day. Following a similar program I managed to gain 8-9lbs in 2 months while cutting 3/4" off my waist, so I know the principles work.
