whats your thoughts on CROSSFIT Training?

Being that I'm waiting on my driving permit, I haven't been driving much let alone going to the gym, so I've been doing CROSSFIT for the past 2 weeks...they post up new work outs everyday on there site in which I go by...I must say its pretty intense..

What's you guys thoughts on it? Any one doing it?

6 months of crossfit and you'll be big and strong like OLY...no problemo. ;)

You'll be so strong and hyped up, you'll only need one hand to choke p. bateman real good...so you won't even need to drop your cig! :D
 
Crossfit huh. Looks like one of the many prison routines we did that I still do. What I think is it gives me endurance and stamina and a painful pump. Also do this with pushup/pullup 50/20 for 10-15 sets. Bench tear offs. Bis/tris. Cable crunches/ back extensions/exercise wheel(from feet-knees when wore down)and a multitude of others. I've been off for 3 year now but I can only imagine how great it would work juiced. BTW I read 'police forces' do this. Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaah. What fat fucking worthless pig fucking cop where????????????????????????? They must make up about 00.0000000000001% of the police force in some land once upon a time. And the fucking DOC corrections officers gotta be the weakest,out of shape fat fucking half crippled, dim witted,retarded lazy workers, long break takin(the stuff that legends are made of) in the history of work forces workers that have ever existed anywhere since mankind began incarcerating. .. And will ever exist until the book of man is done. Yeah I've heard fables once upon a time where they did this routine.
 
Btw If I saw video evidence of a stinkin filthy cop/CO doing this routine, I still wouldn't believe it. It would be trick editing with cgi fx. Shit right up there with ghost bullshit hocus pocus footage .

Cool so it's a program designed to not make you good at any sport, just a mummble jumble of a bunch of shit!!!!!

The concept could be applied to any sport. As I said a large majority of inmates in prison do this basic sort/style of workouts and don't really know they're doing it. It's about volume and hitting all 3 fiber types. Those convicts have the biggest non juiced physiques you will ever see(and far bigger than most poly pharm lifters on the free). If you were to see many of them out in the world you would never believe they don't juice! I'm also in agreement with "bbing routines being inadequate for naturals(for the most part). They mostly are strong and fat or somewhere in between but seldom very big a lean. The thing about "this type of trainer isn't going to win a bbing show" ; How many non-juiced trainers are? Shit for people in the know that's a given.

Are you suggesting RF should get used to prison style workouts before his hearing? Sound advice imo.

Here's my thoughts on CrossFit, I've been reading about it for sometime and have been pondering with becoming an instructor after I've completed my PT Diploma.
For the "run of the mill" guyor girl who wants to get fitter, leaner, stronger and in a general better condition, CrossFit is ideal.. The combinations of strength and stamina will appeal to those who want to get stronger without getting "too bulky" or fitter but not "too lean".
All the A-E members who served in the military would have benefitted from this type of training and probably were exposed to it in some form or another.
What it also appeals to is the fact that some people just want to train, they don't want to aim for anything specific -they don't want to compete at BB, PL, triathlon, team sports, marathons etc, they just want to have a better body and overall condition. We all know how good we feel after a hard workout, CrossFit does just that, it makes its participants feel good and the more they take part, the better they feel as they start to drop their times on set WOD's.

Don't knock it because it's different, give it a try, you might enjoy it!

his description of CO's/Police. You only get that from doing time. most people dont like police, but inmates absolutely fuckin hate anything that remotely resembles cops or CO's. regular people dont even know wtf a CO is or why anyone might not like them. lmao
I get you loke. The more I think about it I think strict regimens of heavy weights cause more pain than pleasure. much as I hate to say it.
