Same here, just turned 50 and Thanks to bass and memebers at the two boards i am in better shape than I have been in since my 20's.....my kids laugh when i try to get off the couch though...they say I sound like a bag of rice krispies..LOL

Im over. Been so for 8 years now. I get confused and think people in their 30's are older than me. Being 48 can be, well...a concern. Then I went out to a bar and saw what people in their 20's and 30's look like. Most of them look not so great. Hadn't been out in 10 years. Willi got attention!!!!!!!! So I'll happily take my in shape 48!!!!!!!
