what do y'all do for abs? I used to do heavy squats & deads, which pretty much killed my core. Since I hurt my back, deads are not an option and I'm thinking about adding in some isolation moves for abs.
I like:
weighted crunches seated on an excersize ball (holding a dumbell above my shoulders)
weighted hanging leg lifts
thoughts?
