personally.. right now i like to mix it up alittle.. 25-30 mins on O-Machine then bike for 25-30 mins.. my gym plays moives in a small cardo room.. think it's called cardo threate
I generally stick to HIIT and do a 15-18 minute cycle. Every 5 minute I lengthen the sprint. This has been extremely productive to weight loss and cardio while preserving muscle even while bulking.
I so want a wii fit!!!! Thats on my christmas list!! But I would never use it to replace my cardio workout!! I would use it in addition to my cardio workout
Morning empty stomach cardio 2-4 times a week 20-30 (Just walking) while bulking. If I can't do that I'll skip a carb meal on my day off wait a few hours till I feel hungry and then hit the machine, then eat!! Once a week I'll do hiit.
30 mins Eliptical machine after every workout (4-5 days a week) when cutting.
15 mins Eliptical machine when bulking...sometimes around 2-3 times a week.
today i did cardio in a way i've never done it before. I did 10 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the treed mill and 10 minutes on the stepper going at a fairly fast pace for 9 minutes and then going as hard as i could on the last minute of each machine. It kicked my ass! It was one of the hardest cardio workout I've had in a really long time.
