Hey guys, I'm thinking of changing up my routine and taking on sum of bufbiker's advice.. the part where he doesnt train arms too dramatically. just some db curls and olympic bar work
i aint as big as you guys with only 17" arms but i only have a 32" waist with a mad ass for butlering

anyways im thinking of this
BACK
CHEST
REST
LEGS
SHOULDERS
REST
would you throw in an arms day or incorporate 1-2 exercies next to opposing bac/chest like bis with back and tris with chest?
my understanding is arms can easily be overly trained as there used so often, they are definetely my more dominant muscle so i was thinking i could focus elsewere like traps and calves (fast twitch muscles are lacking)!
any advice welcome fellas
