If anyone can point me in a direction to incorporate crossfit into my weekly routine I would appreciate it
 
Not sure what kind of pointing you are needing but I do crossfit for my cardio instead of regular gym cardio. What questions do you have?
 
I walk to the gym and then jog back. That's cross training right?
 
Just do really bad form really fast. Should be some workouts posted some where online or a crossfit class at one of the close gyms right? We have it offered at our gym.
 
I guess it depends on the gym honestly. It depends on who is teaching. We have a guy at the gym I go to who "competed in weight lifting" and coached some high level athletes so he is pretty good about form.
 
Google "workout of the day crossfit". A few website posts some good ones
