Powerlifters are some of the most injured athletes ever and yes it a dangerous sport ...now saying that the sport shouldnt exist is a complete different statament ,bro.
You check your blood sugar and you check it often. There's just no reason not to. And call the folks at Liberty Medical, they can help you live a shitty life. Word beetus.
I wasn't sure whay meant. Thier are alot of injuries in powerlifting especially in the guys pushing the most weight. I think this has alot too do with the amount of gear people are wearing. I think if you look at the single ply feds it is going to be less injuries and then when you get into the drug testing feds even less. Thier are also tons of injuries in upper level strong man, boxing, MMA, and bodybuilding. When i used to follow bodybuilding people were getting hurt all the time.Powerlifters are some of the most injured athletes ever and yes it a dangerous sport ...now saying that the sport shouldnt exist is a complete different statament ,bro.
bodybuilders get hurt because they're following powerlifting principles..otherwise this would not happen. And bodybuilders have no benefits at all by trying to break PRs of 1 rep max..now if he or she goes for PR in reps done thats a different story..btw, im not trashing powerlifters since i respect them (you) but these kids gotta stop going for weight instead of form and # of reps performed.
again, im saying go light but no need for sets of 1,2,3 reps if youre a bodybuilder.

C'mon man ,how many guys you've seen trying deadlift more than they can handle rounding their back and all, squatting or moving all around when bench pressing to get that 1 single rep up..ridicolous and for what???........Ronnie Coleman eh, a genetic freak but also fucked his chances of winning the O for the 9th time due to a lat injury and fucked up-non existence triceps..i wonder what happened..you want more, Dorian Yates ,his style of training cut his career short, tons of injuries and both of these were on heavy ass cycles of AAS and really are/were freaks..imagine what could happen to Joe from the block.
your absolutely right , i should have stuck with one fingered concentration.
