Strange hamstring exercise thrown in there... what is the split you're following?
 
I made a mistake when I typed up my workout log.....and I loaded up the bar and did my first set of SLDL, and I said to myself, why am I doing these....lol

but since I started, I went ahead and finished them. I was suppossed to do deadlifts, not SLDL............duh
 
looking good G4E. I don't think you need to do any set negetives on SLDL. SLDL's is one of those that works dam well without it. Kind of like Deadlifts..

Good looking workout G. On those sldl, have you tried going down to the floor and NOT coming all the way back up?? Try doing that and see if you feel it more in the hams. This will keep constant pressure of the hams, it works a little better with dumbells.
 
thanks M, I will try that, and buff I read the PM and you misunderstood me, I do not do slow negatives, I mean I lift the weight slow and controlled so not to fuck my lower back by going quick or jerking the weight up
