ok well i understand that incline bench is going to work the upper chest and decline is gonna work the lower chest and flat works some of all...but in order to effectively breakdown your chest for a more optimum growth would u need to workout the upper lower and midsection of the chest everytime u workout chest?...ive always thought that when u worked out chest if u were gonna do incline bench then well that day u only did exercises that workout upper chest until next week or whenever u work out chest again and then if u choose to do flat or decline then u only do exercises that work those specific areas of the chest.
