My gym closed for 4 days over the holiday weekend...how lame!! So I did double cardio on Friday, Sat I did one cardio and a lameass leg workout..lol..just lots of bodyweight squats, lunges, side lunges, and DB bicep curls. Sunday and Monday were double carido days. I walked outside and used my parents treadmill.
So today the gym was open and here's what I did. Did my cardio this morning after I got off. 30 min on stepper, 20 on elliptical, 10 on the bike.
Flat DB press....40 x 7/6/5
Shoulder press machine....90 x 7/5/4
I dropped the weight back from 100 lbs. No sense killing myself now this far out from the show. I find I am just as strong on some exercises but weaker on others, like this one.
Close grip bench....90 x 6/2
WTF??
Wide grip lat pulldowns....90 x 8/6/5
Dropped the weight back by 15 lbs. I hate this exercise probably most of all.
Rack deads....180 x 4/6
My grip in my left hand just completely gives out. My right one is perfect. Pisses me off cause I could have lifted more other than that.
No stretching cause I had to work again tonight and never had time. Not a bad workout.
