hey guys ... ive been on this diet for the past 2-3 weeks and ive been really impressed ....tell me what u all think
Meal 1 .... 9 am
70 grams of oats , 2 scoops whey , 15 egg whites , cup of raspberries
Meal 2 10.30 am
15 egg whites , a green apple a bowl of raspberries
Pre work out 11.15 am
Hemo rage with 8 grams bcaa
Post work out 50 grams whey isolate
Meal 3 .. 1.30 pm
250 grams steak with 200-250 grams sweet potato
Meal 4 3.30 pm
250 grams steak with 200-250 grams sweet potato
Meal 5 6 pm
300-400 grams chicken breast or turkey breast with onions and asparagus and broccoli
Meal 6 8 pm
2 cans of albacore tuna with broccoli
Meal 7
Either chicken breast or tuna or another 15 egg whites with broccoli
supplements i use
b complex shots every other day

calcium
vitamin c

multi vitamin ..
now if i get hungry between the steaks ...i have another bowl of raspberries and 15 egg whites ... i can have egg whites in 3 min ..I love it too much ... fantastic source of protein ..i may sometimes add a meal replacement in ..usually they r all before 4 pm ...
im in love with raspberries ..u cant go wrong ..low in suger high in fibre ..phytonutrients...
im on my cycle and i tell u i get hungry easy ....i eat im hungry ...
many ask me why i add whey and egg whites in the morning ...mostly cuz i use the whey just 2 flavour my oats ..
i drink loads of water a day ...loads ..i pee every min ..i cant get a 3 hour straight sleep i wake up 2 pee all the time ...
