My breakfast options are always the same. I either make pancakes out of whole wheat flour, mix a dash of baking powder and 2 scoops carnivor protein in it and of course sugar free syrup. Or, 2 plain bagels with 6 egg whites and 4 whole eggs, or 1.5 cups oats with 2 scoops carnivor protein. The rest is pretty simple.

Meal 2-depending on meal one I may have 2 bagels with the eggs or the oats w/ protein.

This is when I take prework out and train.

Then 2 scoops carnivor protein post workout.

Meal 3. 3 scoops iso mass weight gainer.

Meal 4. 6 egg whites, 4 whole wrapped in 2 large whole wheat tortillas

Meal 5. Usually chicken , with rice and veggie.

Bed! On occasion I will have some cottage cheese with protein.

When it works out perfect it around 500 carbs, 330 protein and 60 or less gms of fat.
 
Crazy I'm cutting body fat on this! Not sure what I'll change getting closer to my show but I know I'll cut the weight gainer out for sure and maybe add cardio. We shall see.

Everything looks great, but I hate all the empty calories in a weight-gainer. Complex carbs like malto have a g.i. as high as dextrose?but if you're cutting bf on this then you have the right metabolism...and an intense workout ethic!

Correct! It's cool to be this far away from a show being this lean already but still eating enough to grow!

It could be that with the peps he is running he needs the extra carbs to coincide with shots.?
 
If I raise my fat intake then I would l would lower my carbs. But I'd rather eat a bagel then a spoon full of peanut butter.
 
Measured my waist this morning! 1.5" from my last show and I'm 12 weeks out! whoo hoo!!!
 
My waist has gotten too big. but then I have a large trunk, very thick waist. Most say it's from heavy squats and deads. I think it's probably from calling McDonalds my bulking meal and Pizza my carb loading phase.
 
@ buf: myself I like to bulk with the tripple whopper with cheese, I find it really helps thicken my waist for when I want to push them heavy squats. :-D
 
instead of the pancakes try this. easy and actually really good. 1/2cup oatmeal 1/2 cup dry cottage cheese 2-3 eggs. blend and either make a pancake or waffle out of it with sugarless syrop. i prefer the waffle but they are both good really

I have done similar and forgot. Thanks for bringing it out! More variety the better!
 
What about using exploded wild rice, you double the water needed to actually cook the rice, boil it until you see all the kernals splitting and rolling up. Chill it under running water then store it in a container with paper towel on the bottom to dry it abit. Now you have a healthy grain to use, makes great pancakes, works the same as oatmeal eaten with nuts and fruit. Very earthy tasting and will stay with you awhile, and once cooked it will stay in the fridge for 6-7 days without going bad as long as you keep it fairly dry..
 
Hopefully you can hold your size throughout the show and you'll place good, your looking awesome bro!
 
What's carnivore protein?
Is that a specific thing or one made with animal products, i. e., whey, egg, etc.
Never heard of it.
