My breakfast options are always the same. I either make pancakes out of whole wheat flour, mix a dash of baking powder and 2 scoops carnivor protein in it and of course sugar free syrup. Or, 2 plain bagels with 6 egg whites and 4 whole eggs, or 1.5 cups oats with 2 scoops carnivor protein. The rest is pretty simple.
Meal 2-depending on meal one I may have 2 bagels with the eggs or the oats w/ protein.
This is when I take prework out and train.
Then 2 scoops carnivor protein post workout.
Meal 3. 3 scoops iso mass weight gainer.
Meal 4. 6 egg whites, 4 whole wrapped in 2 large whole wheat tortillas
Meal 5. Usually chicken , with rice and veggie.
Bed! On occasion I will have some cottage cheese with protein.
When it works out perfect it around 500 carbs, 330 protein and 60 or less gms of fat.
