I shoot for 1 minute between sets and 2min between exercise, HIT principles..
Same here. Usually I just jump right to the next exercise and catch my breath at the end of my workout.
Yeah, nothing like blasting thru back, traps and abs in 45 min, being drenched in sweat and out of breath.
I vary my rest period upon how I feel.
