Just started DC training tonight. Fuck is that tough!!!!! On paper you think, oh it can't be that bad only 3 sets per body part to failure each time, no sweat. Boy was I wrong, I'm already sore!!!
If you can wade through the pain and stick with it you will make gains you never thought possible. DC diet and extreme stretching are absolutely imperative for proper recovery on this program. Good luck Aries.![]()
Thanks. Ok next question. I read that on your quad movement, say for squats, that you do whatever warm up sets then do one max set of 6-10 reps, then a "widow maker" set of 20 reps and that's it. Is that right? Doesn't sound like enough for quads. 2 working sets?
